SEX

Well, I hope that got your attention!  This is an open letter to Judge Marco Santia of Roseville's 39th District Court, who dismissed a charge of third-degree criminal sexual conduct against a man of 38, who three years ago when he was 35, had sex on more than one occasion with a 15 year old.  Judge Marco Santia said that he did not see that there was force or coercion, he felt it was consensual.  The now 19-year-old said that she was an athlete and the defendent worked with her to improve her speed and agility for basketball and track.  The two soon fell in love she said.  He told her he was in it for the long haul and was going to leave his wife, she tried to end the relationship until the divorce but he routinely overpowered her.
Dear Judge,
Why do grown up men take advantage of young girls?  Why do other grown up men say, "Oh she didn't fight, so it was alright"?  Do you know anything about young girls, or do you just want to protect grown up men?  Why is it okay to portray young girls as grown up women?  Why do grown up men like to look at young girls pretending to be grown up women?  Why do some grown up men not like grown up women, but prefer young girls?  I don't know Judge, but if you think that this grown up man had the right to have sex with a young girl, because she believed that he loved her, was going to leave his wife for her, was going to take care of her, than you are in more need of help than the young girl was at the tender age of 15 and you should not be a judge because you are an ass.  If calling you an ass was enough to make things right I would feel better, but it isn't enough and I don't feel good.  You really should be removed from the bench because you are doing harm, shame on you.  Do you have daughters?  I wonder who they are with tonight.  Sleep tight.

  1. I think there's another trial still coming up. Maybe, there was a lack of evidence. Hopefully, he'll get convicted on a different charge/different trial.
